This is the most beautiful painting! I feel lucky and blessed that I came across it! My husband and I honeymooned in Mo’orea and we had taken many pictures in front of this church. To find that Greg Collins painted it was such a joy! We will treasure it forever!

I was super-pleased with my photo print purchase! Like many people, I’m sure, when making online purchases there’s always just a little voice of skepticism in the back of my mind. I knew I liked the image, but had to roll the dice that it would look good in person, the frame would be adequate, etc. I must say it exceeded even my hopeful expectations! First of all, the packing was stellar. The photo print did look great in person, and the framing was WAY better than I was expecting! It was ready to go with a sturdy hanging wire already in place. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I don’t have a photo of it on my wall! I did, however, open and inspect it before wrapping it and re-shipping (in the same stellar packing!). I would easily recommend FineArtAmerica and will happily shop with them again in the future…worry free!

For me, art embodies expression, in all its forms of appearance in dance or stillness a gesture or a lifetimes work. I have published poetry books on Zen Buddhism, where my photography, shodo art and sumi-e painting are included. My love for Haiku flourished in the Japanese language classes I attended. On my visits to Japan I studied Budo. (a study of Japanese marital arts) And have the rank of Renshi, (polished master) an honour, which was awarded to me by the Dai Nippon butoku kai, for Aikido. I am also a swords man, a practitioner of Karate and a teacher of Zendo. Personally, I consider the brush and the sword as one and a vehicle of meditation.
